These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Viteya, an event planning and invitation application that helps hosts organize events, invite guests, coordinate event details, and communicate event information.
By using Viteya, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.
Use of Viteya
You may use Viteya for lawful event planning, invitation, guest coordination, and related purposes. You are responsible for information and content that you provide through the service and for using Viteya in compliance with applicable laws and these terms.
Event Information and Invitations
Event hosts are responsible for the accuracy of event information they provide, including dates, times, locations, guest information, announcements, and other event details.
Viteya provides tools for communicating and organizing event information but does not guarantee attendance, delivery of an invitation or communication, or the accuracy of information supplied by an event host or guest.
Viteya SMS Event Updates
Viteya may provide an optional SMS messaging program that allows event guests to receive transactional event communications. Messages may include event announcements, reminders, date or time changes, cancellations, and other important updates concerning an event.
Guests opt in to SMS communications by providing or confirming their mobile phone number through the Viteya invitation or RSVP experience and affirmatively agreeing to receive event-related text messages. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of using an invitation or submitting an RSVP.
Message frequency varies based on the event and the communications sent by the event host. Message and data rates may apply.
To stop receiving Viteya SMS messages, reply STOP. After opting out, you may receive a confirmation message. For assistance with Viteya SMS messaging, reply HELP.
Mobile information and SMS consent information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Guest Communications
Event hosts are responsible for using guest contact information appropriately. Viteya communications are intended to provide transactional information related to events and are not intended for unsolicited advertising or promotional marketing.
Accounts and Security
If you create a Viteya account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account. You should promptly report suspected unauthorized access through Viteya's available support channels.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Viteya to violate applicable law, infringe the rights of others, distribute unlawful or abusive content, interfere with operation of the service, or send unauthorized or deceptive communications.
Third-Party Services
Viteya may rely on third-party providers for infrastructure, communications, data storage, and other functionality. Availability of some features may therefore depend on those services.
Availability and Changes
Viteya may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features as the service evolves. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available without interruption.
Disclaimer
Viteya is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every event or purpose.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated as Viteya evolves. When material changes are made, the effective date displayed on this page may be updated.

For assistance with Viteya, users may contact Viteya through the support channels provided by the application. For SMS assistance, recipients may reply HELP. To stop SMS messages, reply STOP.
